SSC CPO Exam Pattern 2023
Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts Combined Police Organization (CPO) Examination in Three Tiers namely Tier 1, PET/ PST, and Tier 2. While SSC CPO Tier 1 and Tier 2 are conducted in Online Mode on the other hand PET/PST is conducted in Physical mode. SSC CPO Exam Pattern 2023: Tiers of Exam
SSC CPO Comprises of Three Tiers. Exam Pattern of SSC CPO is explained below:

SSC CPO Exam Pattern For Tier 1
SSC CPO Tier 1 comprises 200 questions in total with the maximum mark of 200. SSC CPO Tier 1 is of 120 minutes. SSC CPO Tier I is divided into four sections with 50 questions each and a maximum mark of 50. Normalization is done by SSC if an exam is conducted in multiple shifts.
The sections asked in SSC CPO Tier 1 Exam are:
- General Knowledge
- Quantitative Aptitude
- General Reasoning
- English Comprehension
The Schema of Tier 1 is explained in Table given below:

SSC CPO Exam Pattern For Tier 2
SSC CPO Tier 2 exam will be conducted online comprising of single paper with 200 questions in English Language and with maximum mark of 200. Candidates have to complete Exam in 120 minutes. Normalization will be done by SSC if an exam is conducted in multiple shifts.
The questions asked in SSC CPO Tier 2 Exam is of English Language & Comprehension.
